Pause. Breathe. Refresh.

Wow, we’ve been on quite the rollercoaster in the last few weeks. And, it’s not looking like we’re going to be getting off the ride any time soon.

There’s no denying we’re in a time of change - redefining the way we live, work, even the way we socialise. And while this can seem unsettling, at Thirty we truly believe it brings with it a real opportunity to re-shape your thinking, diversify your offering and create new ways of engaging with your audience. We’ve been working hard with brands over the last few weeks to do just that.

Investing in our brands

We’ve taken our strategy sessions online - delivering masterclasses to broaden our clients’ thinking and better understand their audience. We’ve delivered idea generation workshops so whole teams feel inspired to deliver creative solutions that maintain revenue and boost their customer base.

We’re also putting effort and energy into supporting the small businesses community (practice what we preach and all that). If you haven’t seen already, we’ve just launched a free webinar designed to help businesses maintain and build customer engagement - check it out!

Investing in you

But, like you, we definitely have moments where we feel the effects of being on this crazy ride. So I just wanted to remind all you amazing small business owners that it’s OK to pause, take a breath and recharge. I took an hour out of my day yesterday to do a fab yoga session (@_weareblessed, your class was just the ticket!) and I felt totally refreshed and ready to put my absolute all into my clients.

Speculate to accumulate - sometimes taking an hour away to invest in yourself can give you many more productive hours afterwards. If you’re feeling a little overwhelmed, I love the breathing technique I saw recently on @live_well_with_lou’s instagram - and because I love a good visual, I’ve drawn it up for you below:

So, take some deep breaths, recharge, make a cuppa and watch our webinar.

We’re off to keep doing everything we can to elevate small businesses and maximise every single opportunity they have to succeed. Let’s do this.
